• ITI or Diploma in HVAC or relevant field 
• Installation, maintenance, and repair of AC systems 
• Experience in split and package units 
• Brazing work and compressor installation 
• Executing preventive maintenance (PPM) 
• Gulf experience preferred 

• Experience in cleaning work  
• Perform general cleaning of offices, buildings, and common areas 
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained 
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely 

• Supervise and manage cleaning staff and daily operations 
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained 
• Assign tasks and monitor work performance 
• Train cleaners to perform tasks effectively, including operating cleaning equipment (scrubbing, vacuuming, buffing, etc.) 
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures 
• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Carry out pest control treatments at client sites 
• Inspect premises and identify pest issues 
• Use chemicals and equipment safely and effectively 
• Prepare service reports 

Requirements:

• Experience in pest control services 
• Knowledge of pest control chemicals and safety procedures
